On average, you will begin to receive our nanny services within 3-6 weeks. Prior to our services we will interview with you and your family to learn about you! We will then find nannies that will best fit your family dynamic.

Yes, there are signed contracts that the nanny and family will review to help keep all members in understanding of what is responsible of them.

Yes. The family pays their nanny using a their payroll service of choice (We can assist!). The family will pay their nanny's hourly rate which will be agreed upon in the family/nanny contract. Secondly, the family will receive an invoice to pay the monthly membership fee in the NannyLogin Portal here on our website.

The membership fee gives families access to our onboarded and thoroughly vetted nannies. All nannies have been interviewed, had references checked, background checks, education and knowledge of specific age groups, CPR and First-Aide certifications and more. We want families to feel safe; therefore, we have already done all the hard work for you.
